Storing Fat

Storing Fat

I have been thinking about how fat is stored in the body. Most people struggling to get fat loss might be curious to know how fat is stored and handled. It might be interesting for you to know how you got the way you did. Finding out the causes of obesity may help eliminate it.

The primary reason why it's important to find origins of fat is so you can implement effective fat burners to help yourself more efficiently. Now I will list some things that may have caused high body fat.

  • Having Trouble Dealing With Energy

Here is one of the primary reasons why anyone is overweight. It is because they have been consuming too much energy in the form of calories, while not using enough of it in their daily activities. Many people end up using only the amount of energy needed to make the body function. This is called your maintenance level. Not having enough energy output can pile the fat up in your entire system over years.

All the extra energy that is not used each day gets stored. If you have a high calorie diet, it will be hard to burn more calories than you consume. Your body simply acts in survival mode and stores the extra calories from fat as triglycerides for energy needs later. If those energy stores are never used, people become obese.

To lose 1 pound of fat you have to burn an excess of 3500 calories over what you consume. Keep in mind that 1 pound of fat is a lot. This should be your target weight loss every 4 days.

  • How Nutrients Are Broken Down

One of the main factors that effects your fat storing is the quality and makeup of energy being consumed. Different food sources are utilized by the body differently. Using protein is good for re-building muscles. Sources high in protein also require lots of energy to break down so if your not exercising this source will be stored as fat. When your body uses energy to perform the breakdown of protein, this means less energy stored as fat.

Carbohydrates are broken down a little bit differently. This could avoid being stored as fat if your eating just enough carbs to sustain the energy required for a workout. Muscles use up glycogen and need the carbohydrates to fill this back up. When it gets filled up, the excess carbohydrates are stored as fat.

It might seem like you should eat less fat if you want to store less fat. Certain healthy fats are very good for you though. Too much fat can lead to more body fat however. Keeping a good balance of calories will help avoid any kind of weight gain from fat stores. What I mean to say is a good balance of calorie use compared to calorie consumption.
