If you have read some of the previous things I have written about fat burning, you may have picked up that I believe it is easier to burn fat with low intensity exercises that last for long periods. This is true, but if you are willing to put in the effort, it can be even more beneficial to do high intense exercise as your primary fat burners.

What you will have to watch is your diet. Make sure that your muscles are getting enough nutrients to rebuild themselves. You may actually get less gains and less health benefits if you're not recovering properly. If you put in the work and decide to lift weights hard enough to be sore after every workout, run a few miles a day, and eat right, there will be significant changes to your body fat percentage.

It's not that your fat gets changed to muscle. When you have high energy needs, calories you consume are used quicker to maintain muscles and give you enough energy to workout instead of getting stored as fat. This creates healthy calorie deficits for you as well as changing the composition of your entire body.

Doing slow methodical exercises is still a good way to burn fat for people who are older, a little lazy, or have no time to put in the effort for intense exercise and diet tracking. It does take more time to do and the results lean more toward less fat, but no also no muscle gain.

Staying With Your Workout Plan

If you decide that it is your destiny to get fast weight loss results and you have the desire to do all the necessary steps, here are some tips. Finding a good activity to be involved in with people that are easy to get along with, will be very effective. This should be something that qualifies as high intense and involves lots of sweating. Individuals that lack discipline may want to try the military or some kind of military training. Others who are able to find their own self discipline on a daily basis might want to consider something more along the lines of a bike riding club, sports recreational team, or some other social activity. Many outdoor exercises can also be great and sustainable.

Another factor that should help you greatly is getting a few people around you to buy into your thinking. It will be easier to stay on your workout schedule if someone else is motivated with you. You can keep each other accountable and on track. One of the only reasons that I am personally not obese is because I have friends to play basketball with and they care about their health. It might be hard, but it is certainly necessary to surround yourself with people that have similar goals and do certain things that portray fit living. The power of finding a good workout partner is limitless.
