Morbidly Obese Weight Management

It might be difficult to get through to someone who is overweight. They may have tried diets, working out, exercising, stretching, and all the above. Let me tell you, if you want to figure out how to get all the weight off, read all of this. If you really care about this person and don't want them to die, you must take some action. Many men and women who are morbidly obese may die as early as their late thirties to forties as a result of just plain too much eating. Most commonly, heart attacks or clots occur. If this doesn't happen, diabetes is sure to come.

Lets put you in a scenario. Pretend you have gained 100 pounds of mostly fat and excess weight in the past year. Now what do you do. You have two kids and a wife who all care about you and want you to be there for them. Are you going to let your health take you out? Please, if you have any gullet, do something. Let's focus on what things will work.

Obviously it is going to be important to cut your calories or at least burn more calories than your consuming. To make sure you get control of your weight, don't tell yourself that your going to go on a strict regimen and do all the right things. If you feel like your punishing yourself, this plan won't last long. Who likes to get punished? Instead find some things that are really enjoyable to you. Think about ways to start some new exercises or workouts into the things your truly love. Exercising and burning calories by doing something you love is sustainable and will result in weight loss. You don't even need a reward for this. It will feel good knowing your bettering your health and feeling good doing it. Start off slow at first, just so you don't get an injury.

Some kind of motivation might be necessary if you feel like your not going to be able to get the job done on days that the laziness sets in. It shouldn't be too hard to get this motivation if you're doing something that is very enjoyable to you, but focus on why you are doing this and all the people around you that want to see you succeed. Most importantly, do it for yourself.

How To Lose Weight Doing Something You Love

Start thinking of things that make you happy. It could be playing card games, strategy mmo's, working at your career, your wife (hopefully), kids (for sure), any kind of sports you watch, games, hobbies, television, or what have you. Then simply implement a little exercise you can do by actually taking part in these activities (social motivations), or integrating a little workout in between watching or playing any type of game that doesn't require much movement. For example, if your playing poker, do a certain amount of crunches or push-ups if you lose a hand. Even if you can barely do one, keep trying this until eventually you can get one in. Then move up in reps. Really good players should make themselves do a workout if they win. It doesn't really matter what workout movement you choose, as long as you begin burning some calories and building a bit of lean muscle mass daily.

The key for this is consistency. It may take years to get in the right shape, but once you do it will last because you got there by doing things that are enjoyable to you. It's not like all of a sudden your going to feel like quitting everything you love to do.

Diet

Now, even though you have found all these good and sustainable ways for weight loss, it is a bad thing if you take away all your progress by eating poorly. One main problem almost everyone has is snacks and junk food. This craving stems from poor nutritional value that causes sugar cravings. The cravings make you want to eat foods with simple sugar. This is very bad for you. It can lead to diabetes and lots of glucose energy spikes that result in feeling lethargic and out of energy for most of the day. I can almost guarantee you that if your body gets the right types of complex sugars, there will be no cravings for junk food and your calorie intakes will become a deficit. Also, the calories that you do end up getting from good food improve your health. Lots of food swaps for getting a calorie deficit can be done to help you. Additionally, if you want to really make an impact in your weight, look into a vegetarian diet. This is actually quit healthy and can give you plenty of protein and nutrients to fulfill hunger and craving needs. Another good thing to get into the habit of is stop drinking juice. This is another bad craving that your body wants because its not getting the proper nutrients. Try to fill your taste for the flavors by eating organic fruits and substitute your primary drinking source with WATER. Water is very important for weight loss and should replace all pop, kool-aid, and juice.

There is actually lots of types of foods where you can fill up on them and still be healthy and lose weight. A list of these foods can be found at best diet foods that taste good. These are good because they help you feel less hungry and fulfill your food cravings. The berries are really good too.

Now, I hope this helps you are anyone you know lose fat and get into better shape. Life is too short to throw it away on over eating and not participating in exercise. There are a million ways to get an obese individual back into society and get them on track for a joyful and happier life for them, their family and friends.
