Tennis is another fun exercise that gets you sweating and burning calories. Almost anyone can play and its fun to build your skills up so you can volley back and forth with friends or play competitive games. There are a few factors that make this such a good way of slimming. For one, it requires more than one person to play, so your fulfilling social interaction and will want to play more as a result. Secondly, tennis is great at raising metabolism levels.

Another great outdoor exercise is hiking. Most people love to get out and see nature, so hiking provides the means to do this while burning calories. The weekends are a main time frame to get this done. Pretty views with mountains or oceans can be appealing to the eye and keep you coming back for more trips. Its not a coincidence that feeling hungry after swimming happens so often. The reason why is because it uses so much of your bodies energy. All of the muscle groups start to feel the burn and it burns through fat like crazy. Swimming is a great workout to do outside and aids in weight loss. If your doing laps in a river, lake, or pool, or just swimming with friends, it can aid in fat loss.
