Living Consciously To Eliminate Obesity

Many of us grow up with pre-set conditions on how we are suppose to live. Some people rebel on these principles and do the exact opposite of what they are taught. Others find peace in there social conditioning and don't question anything. Still, others will put a combination of things together in order to form their own life and make conscious decisions on what they do, why they are doing it, and question if it makes sense.

One may wonder what the best path is going to be in order to lose weight. Yes, this might be a hard connection to make in your brain, but weight loss can be correlated to the way you are living (duh). There are certain factors that play into your ability to maintain a healthy weight. Even though it might seem subtle, your health correlates directly with actions you do everyday. The actions you choose to do each day are driven by the philosophies you believe in and social motivators. Even if you don't want to acknowledge it, this is true.


  • Proving This Theory

To prove this to you, take a step back and answer this question: Why do I do what I do in my daily life each day? Start listing your answers out and eventually your going to get a little guide book of what your conscious mind is driven by.

One example I have for you is what I do before writing. It is one way to be more conscious with respect to writing about weight loss.  I empty out all the preconceived notions in my mind. Totally eliminated social conditions is key. Doing this allows me to think clearly and write in a way that is best for the reader. It is also good at helping me see an issue at many different angles instead of just in one way.

                                                  Applying This To Weight Loss

If you are obese and your life is in danger as a result of far too much fat, then clearly the decisions you made to get to this point resulted in you becoming overweight with too much fat stores. To move away from this state of being, you simply need to get into a different mindset. Don't think of this as a better way of thinking, just try to perceive it as a different way that is going to help you live more healthily. Everyone has a different plan that works for them. The trick is finding out what will work. This next point will help you get started with the rest of your life.

  • From the Top Down

To make this change in your line of action, you have to structure from the top down. Get a few affirmations in your mind. Say things to yourself that you believe will happen. This could be like telling yourself you are currently in shape have a healthy amount of body fat. It could be saying to yourself that all the snacks in the world will not make me happy. It might help to write these things out on a wall commonly passed by. If you can make a change in your thinking, then it will be easy to follow through with a healthy diet and exercise plan for long term changes.

  • The change might be finding some advanced ways to help your body start burning more fat. It can be done safely with healthy types of diet pills.
