This theory I came up with on my own. It is based on moving more throughout the day. A really good way to track this is use a step counter. This can be found at just about any store. Now for the complex part. In order to lose weight, you have to move more during the day. Things like walking up and down steps, walking to work, walking to lunch, or using different muscle groups more often all work. Even though this is not rocket science, it does work. Utilize things such as moving your arms up and down or swaying them while you walk can work. While your standing, you may want to try something like calf raises. You don't even have to be on a ledge to do this. Just raise yourself up onto your toes and back down for a few times until you get tired. It can help tone up leg muscles and use energy from fat.

For the person that really doesn't want to run a lot and go through this great pain and suffering, there are pills that aid you. Supplements are also a good way to overcome weight issues if you are unable to exercise or run because of physical disabilities.
